Belial the Ley Walker Empty

Character Name:
Belial Tyr Mandalas
Character History:
To Belial, his life was a rush. Born in a small house on the outskirts of Quel'Thalas, 20 years before the first orc stepped foot into Azeroth, Belial was born and raised with a truly chaotic gift. Inside his veins, and in his body, rushed Magic, potent, long hidden magic, one of the many reasons that the High Elves were kicked away by the Night Elves. At first, it was bad. If he did not concentrate on controlling his energy, when he would even sneeze something would happen. Some of this included Turning his dad into a chicken, although it wore off, it was still bad, Or turning the dog a violent purple, changing rice and chicken into soup and biscuits. For years Belial forced himself to control his chaotic powers. Then he found the beginning of his release during the Second War. He was taught the Bow and Arrow. Not especially proficient [or proficient in any sense] he was vehement on becoming a good archer, trying to make up for the mishaps of his childhood. After three weeks of training with the bow he found out he could weave the magics he could control with disturbing precision [when he concentrated] around the arrow to strengthen it, adding a near explosive punch, or igniting it, or even making it freeze whatever it hit. For several weeks he continued to practice with the bow til he was quite proficient with it. Even then he still prefered the Staff or the Wand. Something about the staff just captured his attention. The combined ability to bash someones skull in, while simultaneously using it to cast a powerful spell made him smile and chuckle with glee. While the years passed he began developing small questions, which no one could, or would, answer. So he forged his own paths through the near endless books in the Silvermoon Libraries. He slowly began discovering Ley Lines, small rumors of these thick cords of power dancing across the land, with small webbings of the same powers connected them all. With each passing discovery he had uncovered, he practiced with his magic til he suddenly found them! Those fabled cords of untold power invigorating Azeroth. He was struck with Awe at how they enhanced his abilities, strengthened his spells, made his magic arrows stronger than nearly any Rangers.... when they actually hit. He took to this new knowledge like a teething baby to the first thing he could get his mouth on, and boy did he chew. For nearly 13 years he delved and practiced his magic with this new, more powerful source. He excelled at it, learning to weave his spells with Ley Energies to startling heights of prowess. Then the Third War hit, and with it came the Scourge Invasion of his homeland. His Mother and Father had died in the first assault, being on the outskirts. With single minded hatred for these undead he used every spell he could, every arrow he fletched, every bow he made to kill these monsters who slew his family. Forced to give up hope he fled to Silvermoon, where he helped defend and survive the onslaught of these monsters. Mind you, through this entire conflict, he was still barely a teenager. Through most of the Third War he was helping his Brethren survive and rebuild as much as possible. When Kael'thas left, he stayed behind, hoping to forge a new life, in his old home, and has been doing such, along with his ever expanding research of Ley Lines, for the last few years since the Third War. Unlike many Blood Elves, his eyes are a softer green, never siphoned from Fel Energies or drank demon blood to sustain himself. He had ample source from the Ley Lines, just tapping them once every week gave him the needed 'jolt.'
Character Personality:
A Quick Thinker and rather hard to bring to anger, Belial would rather monitor his surroundings instead of potentially falling into a pit, or into the blade of an assassin. Friendly and Kind, he seeks to help those in need, but will not forsake his own well being for any person hes met so far.
Knowledge of Ley Walker:
Ley Walkers are powerful Mages, Sorcerers, or Rune masters whos strength lies in their spellcasting or Runeworking And draw upon the Ley Lines to strengthen their spells. Their Ability ot use the Ley Lines are profound enough to push them out from the normal caster, and give their spells that extra kick that will send their enemies flying.
What can and can’t a Ley Walker do?
Can:
[list][*]'Walk' from one point to another, rapidly moving from one point, to any other known point on the planet.
[*]Empower their spells with the energies of the Ley Lines, strengthening them considerably.
[*]Imbue their continuous spells on a stationary being or place, making the spell potentially unending, at the cost of health, which is not permanent
Can't:
[*]Fight beings that destroy energy
[*]Jump over a building
[*]Kill a Dragon, in all logical sense, not on their own anyway
Why should you be allowed to play a Ley Walker?
I would like to continue exploring this class, it is rather intriguing to say the least. I feel that the 'chapter' of my RP experience that was signified by my last Ley Walker was somewhat incomplete, probably because i merely used it as a slight RP enhancer, rather than exploring all the options this class provides, and allows, my RP experience to flourish.
Will you God-mod/Metagame with any of the powers Ley Walker grants you?
No, Never
Do you understand that any GM/Admin, at any time, has the right to revoke your privilages as a Ley Walker, or any other Prestige Class?
Yes, and readily accept it
What is your rank within this prestige class? (Only Apprentice and Intermediate. Masters must have special permission from Vendryas himself.)
Intermediate, unless given the rank of Master by Vendryas.
