The Brotherhood of Dark:
Thousands of years ago, two Gods by the name of Vareana Voidshift and Damarien Drucos went into a rage that could end all life as we know it. However, instead it formed life. This is when the founder, Seara Vencful, a mere blood elf was born a direct descendant from the Parents of Dread. She was also the first Mortal child of the Mother of Dread. She went on and created the Brotherhood of Dark, and ruled over it for thousands of years with an iron fist. Many races and classes were apart of this family; many peoples lives were ended for it to become what it is. But now, it is just an echo in history as sadly Seara was killed. Many do not know but the Horde and Alliance did work together on this mission to destroy the Brotherhood as it claimed the lives of millions, if not more lives on both factions. After 17 years of long, perilous battle, the Horde and Alliance had prevailed. After Seara fell along with the rest of the Brotherhood, they sealed the two gods Vareana Voidshift and Damarien Drucos in a soulstone, but after many years passed this stone was found... by a Nathrezim named Xsile. He released The Parents of Dread and took new rule over the Brotherhood of Dread.
The Parents of Dread:
Since the beginning of time in the darkest deepest crack of the void, two Gods by the name of Vareana Voidshift and Damarien Drucos have lived. Though they were never as bloodthirsty as they are now. They took the role as to hide in the shadows and cause minor misfortunes and badluck for the people of Azeroth. But that all changed when they birthed 3 children that they were very proud of. Maz'tag, a Nazrethrim that fabled to be the strongest of all the children of the Dread parents. Fel'eanalia, a banshee, very smart but very mischievous. And the runt of the litter Qee'tey, a large Fel Hound but nonetheless. The Dread Parents loved all there children, but as many years went by a man by the name of Lucien Lanchester discovered knowledge of these Gods and thier children. He knew they were not just a fairytale, and as time passed he hunted the children as he thought that was the key to the destruction of Vareana Voidshift and Damarien Drucos. But he was wrong...
He slowly found and killed the children of Dread. It was only until Maz'tag fell that The Parents knew who committed the act and, within a day he was dismembered slowly in a way to gruesome for words. They went into a furious rage so powerful it could've ended all life. Instead, they wanted to show Azeroth the true fury of Dread Gods. Thus, Seara Vencful was born. Her soul purpose was to create a cult named The Brotherhood of Dark... and she did. After thousands of years of the Brotherhood slaughtering many, it was destoyed, along with the Sealing of the Parents of Dread. However, after many years passed a Nazrethrim named Xsile, said to be a direct descendant of Maz'tag, unsealed the parents and took a new rule over the Brotherhood. Now... the Dread Parents are thirsty... for blood.

Guild Recruitment:
- Looking to become a member of the Brotherhood, but don't know how? Murder someone! As you've most likely heard spoken by citizens anywhere in Azeroth, the Brotherhood of Dark recruits new members by locating murderers in their sleep. If you want to join and have yet to kill anyone, you must murder an innocent citizen.
This innocent can be either a player, or an NPC. Just don't kill anyone major, obviously.
- We accept all classes except Paladins, holy Priests. All races are always accepted. For recruitment information, whisper Xsile or Slade for an interview.
The Five Tenets:
- Tenet 1: Never dishonor the Dread Parents. To do so is to invoke the Wrath of Dread.
- Tenet 2: Never betray the Brotherhood of Dark or its secrets. To do so is to invoke the Wrath of Dread.
- Tenet 3: Never disobey or refuse to carry out an order from a Brotherhood superior. To do so is to invoke the Wrath of Dread.
- Tenet 4: Never steal the possessions of a Dark Brother or Dark Sister. To do so is to invoke the Wrath of Dread.
- Tenet 5: Never kill a Dark Brother or Dark Sister. To do so is to invoke the Wrath of Dread.
