A Lair for Koargos.

Zone in which the house will be spawned: Ulduar (OOcly, Icly in the Dragonblight).

Custom made or pre-made building?: Costum-made. It's a lair, I could use a few stuff, even a building.

If pre-made, which building?: Giant icy cavern in Ulduar.

How often would this home be used?: Very often, almost as long as I'm on Koragos.

Any additional structures?: Maybe, maybe not. I'm uncertain.

Additional info: It's in an instance. So..if I can get a .rec p, It'll be awesome.
