Custom made or pre-made building?: An available pre-made building in Bootybay

If pre-made, which building?: The house of the engineer-trainer in Booty Bay.

How often would this home be used?: Quite often, as my char is almost always in Bootybay, if I loose the interest in my char or if he dies I'll let people take note of that and let them claim the house for themselves.

Any additional structures?: Maybe some mechanical things, barrels/crates, explosives, etc.

Additional info: Kraxizz is a sapper, he uses the house to sleep and invent his newest creations.
